Humane Society of West Michigan offers a variety of Youth Programs for students who are interested in getting involved with Humane Society of West Michigan. Our youth programs all focus on humane education.
Humane Education teaches children the value of responsible pet ownership by teaching respect and empathy towards all living beings.

READING BETWEEN FRIENDS
Reading Between Friends is an interactive way for students to work on their reading skills while helping comfort and reduce anxiety in shelter pets.
